I thought you thought Google Video was a bad product?
Google Video is een platform voor content van anderen. Dat neemt niet weg dat een matig platform goede dingen kan bevatten.
aha, but isnt the strenght of a platform something that can be determined by the weight it supports? So a platform might look flimsy but end up being a good one? Take windows, everyone continually says it sucks, but most still use it because Microsoft understands one thing, the network effect. So whether or not windows is a good product is irrelevant, it is a good platform. So continuing with Godins’ theme, just because you think its broken doesnt mean it has to be broken. And just because it is broken doesn’t necessarily mean that it will do badly in the marketplace. But, to my chagrin I do have to admit that for the first time its inadvertantly clear that Google has given us an inferior product. YouTube is for the moment better.
